Holiday Home Cortijo Maria Campos Velez Malaga is a 5-room house 130 m2. It is located 4 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. It is in the southern part of the region, 35 km east from Málaga, 4 km from Torre del Mar, Chilches.
The property is comfortable furnished. There is a living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and stereo unit. There is also an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. A washing machine and iron is provided. The bedrooms have sloping ceilings and electric heaters. There is a telephone with meter and internet connection. Railings and mosquito nets at the windows.
For private use there are grounds 8000 m2, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.10.). There is a garden with palms, pine trees, vines, rosemary and native plants. There is also a summerhouse with seating (walled) and a portable barbeque. The house is surrounded by terraces and has a fountain typical of the area. Tennis court with basketball hoop for shared use with the other 2 houses. Viewpoint/sun terrace with magnificent views of the valley and the town of Velez, of the surrounding villages and the sea.
A supermarket and a restaurant are in 4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 6 km.
