Overlooking the Vale of Glaslyn to some of the highest mountains in England and Wales, including Mount Snowdon, the area is well known for walking, climbing and mountain biking, as well as game fishing, cycling and golf, making staying here an ideal base for touring the area.
You will also enjoy a choice of traditional freshly cooked breakfasts served at Brynllydan Country Guest House. In the evenings you can relax by the log burning stove or in the reception area. There is plenty to see and do in the area surrounding the hotel and numerous places to visit, including the world famous Blaenau Ffestiniog narrow-gauge railway and the newly extended Welsh Highland Railway. You could also explore the fantasy village of Portmeirion, where the TV series The Prisoner was filmed, or enjoy the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay. Beddgelert, with its famous faithful hound story, is also just down the road. The restaurant can be booked for private functions, wedding parties and conferences.
